Don't have time or transportation during the busy work day to get your testing done? We are open evenings and weekends!
How scheduling works: Click on the scheduling tab above and schedule which service you need. Once scheduled you will receive an invoice to be paid before services are due. Our standard collection fee is $65 plus mileage. You can also call us at 866-217-1463.
Physician Orders: Have your provider to print and provide you with the order of test that need to be collected. Orders must be received prior to appointment time. We will need your photo ID and insurance card for the correct lab to process your specimen.
No Primary Care Physician or No Insurance and Need Labs: If you don't have a primary care physician or insurance and want to order your own labs, don't worry, you can place the desired labs for yourself through our partnered lab services. Note this is a cash based service as in debit or credit card. Even though you can order and purchase your own labs, you will need a physician to interpret your lab results, especially if you need treatment due to abnormal labs. Discounts: For test that require repeated testing in within the month, we offer a reduced collection service fee.
Billing: The lab who processes your specimen will bill your insurance for processing. Most insurances do not cover in-home or mobile lab service fees unless medically necessary. They only cover the lab processing services by the lab. Our mobile collection service fee is charged separately and collected the same day you schedule online.

Want to increase patient compliance when it comes to incompleted lab results? Most of the time, labs are not completed because the patient simply can't come back when needed. We are here for you. We can come to your patients that have difficulty finding transportation for repeat labs or disabilty related.

Most specialty clinics require their patients to have labs collected in order to be cleared for procedures or surgeries that will be done in the future. We promptly service patients Pre/Post Surgery in their homes or in your clinic.
■ Specialty Kits
If you have ordered a specialty kit online (DNA/Genetics , Prenatal Carrier Screenings, Gender reveal ect.) One your receive the kit in the mail. We will perform the specimen collection for the kit and deliver to the lab for you.
Point of Care Testing
Need quick results when you are sick? Most point of care testing are resulted within 3-15 minutes. Glucose, Strep, PT/INR, Influeza, RSV, Urine Dips, Hemoglobin A1C, Rapid Covid, Hematocrit, Rapid HIV 1/2, Rapid Drug Screening, ect.
